Our mission.
Harlem Empowerment Project offers a holistic education and career approach to help program participants, their families, and by extension the local community, work towards financial stability. We achieve this through collaboration with job seekers, school personnel, vocational and community partners, and employers.
With an emphasis on literacy, education, and vocational skills we work with individuals to create a timeline to success that meets their needs. In this way, we empower communities for economic growth and social strength.
HEP embraces the diversity of our program participants. Each individual is unique and deserves to be treated with care and respect. All matters are handled with high standards of confidentiality.
